HOW TO USE
- Apply the Soft Pop Plumping Blush Veil over the SoftSculpt™ Transforming Skin Enhancer (sold separately) or your favourite base for a warm, dewy look.
- Work the F1 Brush until hairs are evenly coated, then apply onto the apples of the cheeks, blending up towards the temple. Apply with your fingertips for an even more natural effect.
- Pro Tip: Apply the Soft Pop Plumping Blush Veil over your favourite setting powder for a luminous last step or set it with Soft Pop Powder Blush for a full-coverage finish.
- Dab onto the lips for a monochromatic pop of colour.
